Shipping Times and Rates

Australia: 4-7 business days (excluding processing)

New Zealand: 6-10 business days (excluding processing)

International: 6-12 business days (excluding processing)

 

Business Days: Monday through Friday (AEST), excluding Australian public holidays.

 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • For domestic (Australia) shipping: Standard shipping is a flat rate
  • For international shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Order Process

1. Order Placed: You receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

2. Production Begins: Your BootInk transfers enter production within 1-2 business days.

3. Quality Check: Each transfer is inspected for perfect color and adhesion quality.

4. Packaging & Dispatch: Your order is carefully packaged and handed to Australia Post.

5. Tracking Sent: You receive tracking information via email once shipped.

Shipping Methods

Australia Post Standard (Domestic)

  • Tracking included on all orders
  • Signature not required for standard deliveries
  • Left in safe location if you're not home
  • Covers all Australian states and territories

Australia Post International 

  • Available to most countries worldwide
  • Tracking provided for all international orders
  • Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility
  • Delivery times may vary by country and customs processing

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

  • Contact us immediately at info@bootink.com
  • Include your order number and tracking information
  • We'll send a replacement order at no charge
  • No need to wait for carrier investigations

Incorrect Address

  • Double-check your address during checkout
  • We cannot redirect packages once shipped
  • Return to sender may result in additional shipping charges
  • Contact us immediately if you notice an address error

International Customs & Duties

  • Customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing
  • BootInk is not responsible for additional fees imposed by your country
  • Packages returned due to unpaid duties will not be reshipped for free

Order Modifications

Lost or Damaged Packages

Changes After Ordering: Once production begins, we cannot modify orders. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering if you need to make changes.

 

You can modify orders if they haven't entered production:

  • Address changes
  • Design modifications
  • Quantity adjustments
  • Order cancellations
