Shipping Times and Rates

All shipping times below are estimations and do not include processing times

BootInk is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

 

Australia & New Zealand: 3 - 6 business days (excl. processing)

North America (USA, Canada): 6 - 10 business days  (excl. processing)

United Kingdom: 6 - 10 business days (excl. processing)

EU Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden): 6 - 10 business days (excl. processing)

EU Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 6 - 10 business days (excl. processing)

Rest of Europe: 6 - 12 business days (excl. processing)

Asia & Rest of World (Japan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Cyprus): 6 - 12 business days (excl. processing)

 

Processing Time: Due to recent demand all processing times are 5 business days

Business Days: Monday through Friday (AEDT), excluding Australian public holidays and the 27th - 29th of December.

 

Important Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Order Process

1. Order Placed: You receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

2. Production Begins: Your BootInk transfers enter production within 1-2 business days.

3. Quality Check: Each transfer is inspected for perfect color and adhesion quality.

4. Packaging & Dispatch: Your order is carefully packaged and handed to Australia Post.

5. Tracking Sent: You receive tracking information via email once shipped.


Shipping Methods

Australia Post

  • Tracking included on all orders
  • Signature not required for standard deliveries
  • Left in safe location if you're not home
  • Covers all Australian states, territories and some countries

Australia Post & DHL (International )

  • Available to most countries worldwide
  • Tracking provided for all international orders
  • Delivery times may vary by country and customs processing


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Direct link to track your package
  • Estimated delivery date


Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit:

  • Contact us immediately at info@bootink.com
  • Include your order number and tracking information
  • We'll send a replacement order at no charge
  • No need to wait for carrier investigations

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your address during checkout
  • We cannot redirect packages once shipped
  • Return to sender may result in additional shipping charges
  • Contact us immediately if you notice an address error
  • Packages with incorrect addresses will not be reshipped for free

International Customs & Duties

  • Delays may occur due to customs processing
  • BootInk is not responsible for additional fees imposed by your country
  • Packages returned due to unpaid duties will not be reshipped for free


Order Modifications

Lost or Damaged Packages

Changes After Ordering: Once production begins, we cannot modify orders. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering if you need to make changes.

You can only modify the following order details if they haven't entered production:

  • Address changes
  • Design modifications
  • Quantity adjustments
  • Order cancellations
