We're so confident in BootInk quality that we offer a 30-day risk-free trial. This isn't just a return policy—it's a promise that your transfers will perform exactly as advertised.

 

What's Covered:

  • Full Season Durability: If transfers peel, fade, or fail before a full season, full refund
  • Quality Issues: Defective transfers, color problems, or adhesion failures
  • Not Satisfied: If the final result matches your order but you're unhappy, you can return
  • Game Use Allowed: Use them in actual matches during your trial period

No Questions Asked: If your BootInk doesn't last a full season as promised, we'll refund your money immediately.

how to request a return

  1. Contact Us First: Email info@bootink.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We Review: Our team will assess your request within 24 hours and approve eligible returns.
  3. Return Instructions: We'll provide return shipping instructions and address (customer pays return shipping unless our error).
  4. Ship Items Back: Package transfers securely and ship using tracking for your protection.
  5. Refund Processed: Full refund issued within 3-5 business days of receiving returned items.

    Before Requesting a Return: Contact our support team first. Many issues can be resolved quickly without returning products.

Processing Time:

  • Approval: Return requests reviewed within 24 hours
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after we receive returned items
  • Bank/Card Processing: Additional 2-7 business days depending on your bank

Refund Method: 

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Credit card refunds processed through Shopify Payments
  • PayPal refunds sent directly to your PayPal account
  • Original shipping costs refunded only if our error

Immediate Issues: For damaged/defective items, we'll send a replacement immediately, no return required

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom Design Orders

 

Custom designs are eligible for returns under the same 30-day policy, provided:

  • The final product doesn't match the approved proof
  • Quality issues with printing or materials
  • You're unsatisfied with the result (standard 30-day policy applies)

Bulk/Team Orders

  • Same return policy applies to all order sizes
  • Team orders can be returned individually or as a group
  • Contact us for specialized return instructions on large orders

International Returns

  • Same 30-day return window applies globally
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Duties/taxes on original shipment are not refundable
  • Items must clear customs for refund processing

If your BootInk order arrives damaged or goes missing during shipping:

  • Immediate Replacement: We'll send new transfers right away
  • No Waiting: Don't wait for carrier investigations
  • No Extra Cost: Replacement ships free of charge
  • Keep Damaged Items: No need to return damaged products

Quick Resolution: Transit issues are resolved within 24 hours. Just email us with your order number and photos of any damage.
